One of the most vital objectives of a company is to understand how a customer thinks. A customer journey map tells the story of the customer’s experience: from initial contact, through the process of engagement and into a long-term relationship. It gives an overview of the entire experience.


Let us take an example where a marketer would like to create a customer journey where he/she would like to nurture leads who opens an email.


This means that creating a customer journey takes more effort, as you need to trigger, control and set conditions to take necessary actions to nurture the leads.



Freshmarketer  auto-saves the journey created for the time being, which gives you the time to rethink the journey created, make tweaks or add few more conditions, controls, and actions. 





From your dashboard, if you go to ‘All Journeys’ you shall find the status of the respective journey labelled as ‘draft’ as shown below.




Note: If the browser tab is closed the journey will not be saved as a draft.
