How to create a new journey?

A customer journey map is a visual representation of the process a prospect goes through to achieve a goal with your company.

This article will guide you to create a customer journey.


In your Freshmarketer account, locate ‘Marketing Journeys’ > 'All Journeys' from the left pane > ‘Create New’ button.



You will be prompted to provide a journey name for your reference. Once done, you will be taken to the canvas screen which allows you to build your customer journey.



In the ‘journeys’ dashboard, you will find the recent journey name and its status.
