• All set with your customer journey?

  • Double checked all conditions, controls and actions?

If yes, the final step is to have the journey published, to go live.

Once the workflow is double checked, please find the ‘Start Journey’ button on the top right corner of the screen.

Note: An error might be prompted after the ‘Start Journey’ button is clicked as seen below.

The above error is prompted when the customer workflow set, is not complete or workflow blocks need rectification.

Freshmarketer highlights the blocks which need attention by displaying an exclamation mark.

Once, all the blocks which need attention have been rectified, click on ‘Start Journey’ again for your journey to go live.

You can also cross-check the status of your published journey in your ‘Journeys’ dashboard.
