After uploading your contacts, Freshmarketer provides you option for editing a particular contact property value. It can be done from both All Contacts and from inside the Lists.
Editing contact information from All Contacts:
Navigate to “All Contacts”. Click on the three dots icon on the right-hand side of the contact which you want to edit or delete. Click on edit. A side tab will be opened where you can edit all the contact information. Once done, click on save.
On click of a contact name, you will be provided an overview of the contact information and the lists the contact has been subscribed in to. It would greatly help the marketers to have a glimpse about the activities or engagement of a particular contact. You can edit the contact information from this window as well by clicking 'Edit' on the top right corner.
Editing contact information from within a list:
A contact can be edited from within a list also. Click on the three dots icon on the right corner of a contact on your list. A side tab will be opened where you can edit all the contact information. Once done, click on save.
