Please follow the below step by step guide to know How to Generate API for session replay integration in Freshmarketer

Log in to https://app.freshmarketer.com navigate to Account => Setup => Integrations

In the Integration tab => Enable Freshdesk integration

In the Pop-up => Select “ReGenerate API Key” and copy the “API” code and then click “Take me to Freshdesk” 

Once you select "Take me to Freshdesk", you will be redirected to Freshdesk login page. After logging in to your Freshdesk account, navigate to settings => Helpdesk productivity => session replay => where you will have to paste the copied API key.
