How to Update your Credit Card Details in Freshmarketer

Note: This option is currently disabled as we are in the process of revamping the UI. We request you send an email to support@freshmarketer.com, our support team will send you an encrypted link to update your credit card details.

1) Login to freshmarketer and click on your Account Name and then Account Settings 

Note: Only for admin users "Billings & Plans" Tab will be visible. This tab will not be visible for Non-Admin users.

2) n the next page select Billings & Plans and then select Manage Subscription

3) Now, you will be redirected to a new window (If you are using pop-up blocker please disable or ensure freshmarketer is allowed in pop-up blocker) where you will be having an option to Edit/Update/Change your credit card details and view your subscription details

Note: Only for admin users "Billings & Plans" Tab will be visible. This tab will not be visible for Non-Admin users. Hence non-admin users cannot view, download invoices or edit/update credit card details
