1) Do we have an option to export the contacts which are present under the error section?
 

No, currently we do not have an option to export the contacts from the error section.

2) Can offline event activity be deleted?

No, it is not possible to delete or archive the offline event activities. We only have an option to “Rename” them.

3) What is the meaning of the status ‘Enqueued’?

When the file is large the application would take some time to import the complete file meantime the status would show as “enqueued” and later would change to “completed”.

4) When the contact is not present in the account, would offline event import activity create new contact?

No, if the contact is not present in the system, it would throw an error “invalid unique id”

5)Can multiple excel files be imported within an offline event activity anytime?

Yes, you can import different excel file data within an offline event activity.
