This article will help you on how to stop an ongoing journey (published journey).
There are 2 ways to stop a journey which is published.
In the ‘Journeys’ dashboard, locate the journey and on the right side of the journey, use the ellipsis which will drop down a list of options.
Select the journey from the dashboard, on the right top corner you shall find ‘stop journey’ button.
Note: Once a journey is stopped, you cannot resume the same journey.
Freshmarketer prompts a warning before stopping a customer journey for you to confirm once again.
However, you can clone the journey to use the same blocks for your new workflow again.
Once stopped, the status of the journey is seen adjacent to the journey name.
The status can also be seen from the ‘journeys’ dashboard.
Note: A scheduled journey can also be stopped before it goes live.
