One of the most vital objectives of a company is to understand how a customer thinks. A customer journey map tells the story of the customer’s experience: from initial contact, through the process of engagement and into a long-term relationship. It gives an overview of the entire experience.

Let us take an example where a marketer would like to create a customer journey where he/she would like to nurture leads who opens an email.

This means that creating a customer journey takes more effort, as you need to trigger, control and set conditions to take necessary actions to nurture the leads.

Freshmarketer provides you with an option to save the journey created for the time being, which gives you the time to rethink the journey created, make tweaks or add few more conditions, controls, and actions. Please find the ‘Save as Draft’ button on the top right corner of the screen.

Freshmarketer also provides an option to save an exit the journey by clicking the drop-down option, so you can proceed to finish other journeys which are partially created.

From your dashboard, if you go to ‘journeys’ you shall find the status of the respective journey labelled as ‘draft’ as shown below.

Note: If the browser tab is closed the journey will not be saved as a draft.
