How to add/invite user in Freshmarketer?



A team-effort might be required for analyzing the insights and optimizing a website. For this reason, Freshmarketer allows you to add/invite users to your account which helps you to work as a Team.



Please follow the below steps to know how to add/invite users to your Freshmarketer account.


For Independent Organization:


Step 1:

Log in to your Freshmarketer account(https://(yourdomain.freshmarketer.com) and in the dashboard, please click on your Name => Account settings.





Step 2:


Once the accounts tab is opened, select ‘Manage team’. Enter the Email address of the user which needs to be added and assign an appropriate role and then click “Invite User” option.




Step 3:


Once you select “Invite User”, an email invitation will be sent to the user. The invited user needs to accept the Invitation and activate the account to access his/her Freshmarketer account.



For Agency: 


Step 1: 


Log in to your Freshmarketer account(https://(yourdomain.freshmarketer.com) and in the dashboard, click on the Organization name on the top right hand-side => Choose "Manage Organizations" 



Step 2:


In the next screen, choose the Organization for which you would like to invite the user => Enter the Email address of the user => choose the role you would like to assign for the user => Click "Invite user" 



Step 3:


Once you select “Invite user”, an email invitation will be sent to that user to be a part of the Organization you chose. He/She needs to accept the invitation & activate the account to access the Freshmarketer account.
