Email Report
This option is used to send the experiment report manually at user’s convenient time. Select Email Report option from the list and a pop-up window will open consisting of the Email ID associated with the corresponding Freshmarketer account followed by an Add Message text area to add an optional message before sending the report. Click Send button to send the report in PDF format to the specified Email ID.
Now, an email will be sent to the mail id with the report attached to it for downloading. Click the Download button to download the report.
NOTE: You cannot send or schedule the report to any other Email IDs other than the one which is associated with the Freshmarketer account.
Schedule Report
This option is particularly useful when a user wants to check the experiment report at regular intervals. The report is mailed in PDF format to the Email ID associated with the particular Freshmarketer account. The text area to add an optional message is provided for a user’s future reference.
Reports can be scheduled on Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis and also at a specific timeframe.
Report Schedule - DAILY
Report Schedule - WEEKLY
Report Schedule - MONTHLY
Here, UTC refers to Coordinated Universal Time and Freshmarketer uses UTC as a default timezone for the Report Schedule option.
The filename of an email has the following convention:
Freshmarketer_Feature_Experiment-name_Date in which the report is sent as mail(YYYY-MM-DD)_TIME in UTC(HH_MM)
Example: Freshmarketer_Funnel Analysis_sample2_2017-06-10_18_00
Changing the TimeZone inside Freshmarketer
Freshmarketer allows users to configure “Time Zone” under Account Settings -> TimeZone by selecting the desired time zone from the list.
Now the time zone will be re-configured with the selected one.
NOTE: Report scheduling can be done only for the experiments which are active( running). For the experiments which are paused, you may use Email Report option and send the reports to the Email ID manually.
Manage Scheduling
This option is useful to manage the scheduled reports for an experiment. Clicking this option from the Report options will open a pop-up window which has a list of all the report schedules made for that particular experiment.
To delete a specific scheduled report from the list, click the Delete option that appears to the rights of all the report scheduling options in that list.
Click Save & Close button to save the changes.
